Lori Ericson, Owner/Investigator Owner and Investigator, Lori A. Ericson Ms. Ericson is the owner and lead investigator for IAA&I. She has more than 20 years of in-depth experience tackling investigative challenges in the public and private sectors. As a police officer and Sergeant with a major city police department, Ms. Ericson gained experience supervising officers and investigating crimes of all types. She specializing in working with difficult child abuse and domestic cases, and investigating fatal and serious personal injury accidents. As a seasoned private investigator, Ms. Ericson has worked with numerous attorney’s firms where she conducted criminal and civil investigations, conducted in-depth interviews, and handled hundreds of accident investigations. In addition to investigations, Ms. Ericson has in-depth experience tackling challenges in policy development for, and oversight of, information technology systems, information sharing processes, and knowledge management practices capable of reaching beyond traditional boundaries to integrate disparate operational systems on both classified and unclassified networks. She has a strong foundation in strategic planning and leadership of techniques and practices that promote information sharing among federal, state, local and tribal entities.
